The processing of your order takes 1 to 3 days and the delivery require a maximum of 5 to 12 working days from our team. be aware that we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible so that you can get your product as soon as possible.

How much does delivery cost ?

Free shipping for all orders from 50$.

My order is not complete, why ?

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I did not receive my order.

Something went wrong with the post office? Package lost, broken, destroyed?

With our secure delivery, Kawaii Sakura takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don't blame the carrier and we assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense. You will need to provide us the proofs of any bad things that may have happened to your package.

Can I modify my order ?

Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".

Can I cancel my order ?

It is absolutely possible to cancel your order in the first 24h! However, if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. Do not hesitate to contact us, our team will do its utmost to meet your needs!

I would like to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in the case of a proven product defect.

Our articles undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to support@kawaii-sakura.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
